I wish to return an article

Upon receipt of your delivery, you have 14 days to process your return request on your online account.

To return one or more items, log onto your online account and go to « My account » and the « My orders » :

1) Select the order you want to make a return by clicking "View Order".

2)The details of your order appears. Click "Make a return".

3) Select the items you wish to return, the quantity and reason for return.
If you want to add an item click "Add item." Then click "Submit."
4) Choose your return by clicking on "Details" and then click "Print Return Label"

5) A window will open on the return label. Click print.

6) Place the items to be returned in their individual plastic bag and the return dispatch note inside the letter (or the original package if you have many items).

Items must contain all their labels. Items worn, incomplete, damaged or soiled will not be accepted.
7) Cut and attach the printed return label on the package.

Please be aware that if the Retour number does not appear on the package, the processing time will be longer.
8) Send by post (trackable ore registered postal service).

Goods are sent to us at your own cost and risk. Return costs are your responsibility unless it is a defect of the item or an error on our part.
In this case, you will need to enclose the invoice of the postal service inside your parcel to be reimbursed for return shipping costs. (The reimbursement is based on the cost of a return registered letter for the item concerned).

Upon receipt, we will refund within 15 days. Confirmation emails will be sent upon receipt of your return package and when the reimbursement is processed.

All returned items are systematically reimbursed as well as a part of the shipping you paid when you placed your order. The reimbursement method will be the one that you used when placing your order (directly to your bank account).
